The Apprentice Style Team Building days can be carried out in the office or outdoors, and they can take a couple of hours, maybe after a conference, or the whole day. The best part is that unlike the show this is an enjoyable expirience and everyone is guarateed a good time.
At the end of the day those envolved will be left feeling like a real part of a team, and feeling more conected to those they work with everyday, they will get to know their own stregths and weakness so they know exactly what it is that needs improvement and most imoprtantly what is their apport to the company. Combining individual ambitions and abilities in order to achieve one common goal is the best way to set a company in the right direction, if each member walks towards the same direction they will all get there faster and in this competitive world that just might be the key to success.
